The European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology published a position paper on high-intensity exercise during pregnancy. The authors discuss physiological changes during pregnancy, risks of thermoregulation, risk of trauma, and reduced oxygen availability. The authors provide 5 recommendations.
