The Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) and Japan Elbow Society endorsed recommendations for the management of patients with lateral epicondylitis of the humerus. The committee addressed 11 clinical questions, 9 background questions, and 3 future research questions. The clinical questions considered the role of physical findings, imaging, electromyography, pharmacological interventions, rehabilitation, etc.
