“The American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine and the American Academy of Pain Medicine approved and charged the Cervical Joint Working Group to develop pragmatic neck pain guidelines that can be used to inform clinical care, improve the quality of research, and assist payers with clinical practice pathways and authorization decisions. The group invited 18 stakeholder organizations to participate in developing these guidelines. The authors addressed 20 questions.
