The American Heart Association and
American College of Cardiology have released a series of scientific statements
regarding eligibility and disqualification recommendation for competitive
athletes with cardiovascular abnormalities. This is the 10th document of 15
scientific statements. This document discusses the athletic participation for
individuals with Arrhythmias and Conduction Defects. The document includes
recommendations throughout the document.
